It is a wake-up call to all human beings. The Hierarchy of light transformed an experience of shadow into a plan of irradiation of light-love on Earth. As I said in other messages the Warriors of Light will not be touched or damaged by this virus. What the high hierarchy provided is like a dimensional guide that protects or distracts the virus from people who vibrate in the dimension of Love. Whoever vibrating at low energy will certainly be touched. It is the way that light found to awaken many of us who do not do it fast enough.
The new world is being implanted and we urgently need to minimize the damage of that transition. That’s why the hierarchy of light is asking everyone to wake up and work with conscience in the new world. This is what is happening. Nothing is accidental and the inconveniences or losses suffered by what is in three dimensions is minimal with respect to the step forward that we are taking together as a planet.

Reduzir a perturbação mental derivada dos desejos e aversões;
Reduzir a agitação e o extroversão mental e converter o “fazedor” em “contemplador” – a mente dispersa, em focada;
Substituir a auto-ignorância pelo auto-conhecimento (ou iniciarmos esse processo);
Conversão do auto-conhecimento informativo & sistema de crenças em conhecimento firme e de total convicção;
Estímulo em aplicar o conhecimento firme no cotidiano e converter o conhecimento intelectual firme, direto e livre de dúvidas em auto-conhecimento emocional.

Tool for dissolving emotional suffering
Through the living knowledge, Saulo tells us that it’s possible to realize the dissolution of emotional sufferings at any time, at any situation, at any place.
1) visualize/imagine the Platinum-Gold Ray, a solar ray, coming through the top of your head (the 9th chakra, the Star of the Soul) and filling up all your body;
2) you’ll do 3 profound breathings through your nose with your hands over your heart (heart chakra); you are Sun filled;
3) remember the situation/feeling that needs to be dissolved as it’s a story, or movie. Usually the pain is store in your heart;
4) literally down this suffering with your own Solar-Light-goldened hands to the pit of your stomach (Solar Plexus chakra); inhale consciously;
5) this way, we’ll be executing now 3 conscious breathings as it follows: when inhaling/exhaling through your nose, visualize/imagine the coming in and out through the pit of your stomach (Solar Plexus chakra). Visualize/imagine the solar plexus as a filter where the air comes in bringing all that needs to get inside, and comes out taking all that needs to be released until all air leaves your body completely. 3 times are enough for each cycle;
6) Be grateful.
Release then your anxiety. Anger. Frustration. Release everything that doesn’t need to be there. Release a day-to-day situation that makes you lose your temper; a boss, someone is your family, something that happened and put you out of control. Each and every knot in your stomach can be worked on with this tool. Keep yourself as an observer of this situation as it a movie scene, or a play. Release yourself from inferior patterns of thought-forms.
Feel the peace taking over your entire body and be the Love in oneness here and now and get in touch with this Oneness frequency that you already are!
A huge load of Love arrives in Your Stellar Quadrant tomorrow, Earth Day 21/12; which mirrors the 12/12 in the Planetary Ascension. Connect yourself in your best way with this love and receive it with an open heart. Just relax and feel the Divine love that is available to all of us.

All you feel is the perception of energy recalibration. It brings you different sensations all the time. Just as it happens visibly in Gaia’s body, these constant and fast changes are the clear presence of the New Era.
These events will be increasingly present at different points, but we can be the great key to energy enhancement. Access the inner master. He is capturing the frequency that binds back to the heavenly consciential body.
Gaia feels resonating the strong, shocking sound of the vibration of galactic systems. Your vibrational suture points are with enhanced frequency and each of you can resonate with that vibration. During our preparation for the subtilization of the planetary energies we enter what is called The Event. This transitional stage has been portrayed by many civilizations in a tragic way. It is important to know that transient processes have already occurred and occur locally and are known as rapture.
When a society reached the requirements of 50% + 1 of people connected to the Eternal Source, already in the process of ascension, the whole society was then subtilized by induction in the Light. Examples of the Rapture effect are shown when examining cultures which, in 3D view, disappeared overnight.
The time has come when the awakening has been gaining in increasing increments and the critical mass required for the global rapture is approaching. There is no reason for fear, everyone is in the Light today and always.
